Ayurvedic Digestive Tea Recipe
An old Ayurvedic blend of spices that really soothe and calm the gut that I recommend a lot in clinic especially for people with bloating, gas or indigestion.
It has an earthy, sweet but pungent flavour to it that grows on you when it becomes part of your daily ritual.
To make mix equal parts:
Add into a pot of water and brew for 5-10 minutes.
Sip throughout the day.
