Why should you see a naturopath?

The point of seeing a naturopath is not to have an hour long consultation every week, drink awful tasting herbs every day and take lots of expensive supplements for the rest of your life.

My goal is to help you understand some of the areas of your health you would like to improve, how these might have come about and what is going to help. I like to educate you so that you feel empowered to take your health into your own hands.

I don’t want you to feel like you need to rely on me for every little niggle, however, all questions are welcome! You don’t need to see me every week, unless you need the accountability. I want you to implement my recommendations into your day-to-day and report back every now and then so we can adjust and tweak if needed.

My treatments are something we work on together intensely over a number of months and hopefully melt away to a minimal maintainable plan for your future. I’m all about simplicity, most of the time less is more.

I like to incorporate nutrition, herbal medicine and lifestyle advice in every consultation so that you have a variety of tools to choose from when deciding what works best for you. No two bodies are the same and that’s why no two treatments are the same
