Hi, my name is Emma and I'm a 30 something year old woman living on the Central Coast of NSW with my wonderful partner and our young son. You have probably come here because you've heard I'm a naturopath but I'm also an author, a podcast host, a yoga student and teacher, a person who likes to make art, a gathering facilitator, a nature enthusiast, a gardener, a learner of French, and someone trying to create community (especially for women). It's been almost a decade since I began on my quest to help people feel well. I believe it's my purpose here on Earth to encourage others to connect more deeply with the natural world and I plan to continue pursuing this passion for all of my days.
