This month long course walks you through the four phases of your menstrual cycle day by day. It will explain to you what is happening with your hormones during each phase and what you can do to live in alignment with these natural fluctuations. Women are cyclical beings, we are meant to ebb and flow. If you start to live more in alignment with these cycles, you will begin to feel balance returning to your life.
What does the course include?
The course will be broken down into four modules to correspond with the four phases of the menstrual cycle: menstruation, pre-ovulation, post-ovulation, pre-menstrual.
Inside each module you will find:
Information on what is happening in your body hormonally during that phase of the cycle
Breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes according to the foods that support that phase of the cycle
30 minute yoga video
Meditation or breath work video
Advice on what kinds of exercise, social events and activities you should be doing during each phase of the cycle
You will also receive a Mini Cycle Set of herbal teas from Innerbloom to drink throughout the course!
