Overnight Oat Recipe

If I know I have an early morning or won't have much time to eat before I leave the house this is my go-to breakfast option!

Make this in the evening and leave in the fridge overnight. When you get up in the morning VOILA it's ready for you.


½ cup oats

½ cup of unsweetened almond milk (or nut milk of your choice)

1 tablespoon of mixed seeds: pumpkin, chia, sunflower

1-2 tablespoons of mixed raw nuts: almonds, brazil nuts, cashews

½ banana

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

1-2 tablespoons of frozen berries


  1. Mash the banana in a bowl

  2. Add all of the ingredients into the bowl and mix until everything is evenly wet - you may need to add extra milk or water if the mixture is dry

  3. Put the mixture into a jar and seal with a lid

  4. Put the jar into the fridge and leave it overnight

  5. In the morning you may need to add a splash of milk or coconut yogurt if it isn't wet enough
